Timelines:
I will provide as accurate a timeline as possible. Please note that mid-project changes and other unforeseen events can push back an existing timeline, but I will do everything in my power to meet that deadline. If it is not possible for me to meet the deadline, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Quality Assurance:
My client’s satisfaction is my utmost concern. If there is anything you are not satisfied with, please notify me as soon as possible so I can meet your expectations. Please be aware that I need time to do it right, if you rush me or shorten the deadline without consulting me first, I can not guarantee the quality of my work.

Intellectual Property
All website designs and any multimedia files I produce (ie. Images, videos, etc.) along with all their source files will be given to you in a zipped file at the end of the project. I retain the right to reuse images and designs (minus any of the client’s photos, branding, or otherwise copyrighted material) with other projects unless a prior agreement is reached.

Rates:
Rates are $40/hr under normal working conditions. Emergency work requests will be billed double time at $80/hr. Emergency work requests will be defined as: work that needs to be completed in less than 24 hours from the time of the request. This rate will be waived only if the urgent work is the result of a mistake caused by me or one of my staff.

Payment:
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all projects and expect the remaining 50% to be paid in full within one week of the project completion. If I do not receive payment within one week of the project completion, there will be a late fee of 5% on all projects over $500 and 10% on all projects under $500. This fee will compound weekly until the account is paid in full. If I do not receive payment within one month, I reserve the right to take down the client’s website or remove any of my intellectual property from the website.
